Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver UK orders within 1-7 working days and international orders within 4-14 working days. Weekends and UK/DE Bank Holidays are not considered working days. 
Please note that orders may take longer to deliver to certain countries due to rules and regulations associated with local post offices. 

DELIVERY CHARGES

Please note that charges only include delivery; therefore non-EU customers will be responsible for import duties and local taxes.

RETURNS

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact us at visualmelt@gmail.com so we can arrange a replacement.

All prints are 'printed to order' so can not be exchanged or cancelled once an order had been placed. Colours may vary from the images shown on the website due to differences in monitors and printing methods - Prints can not be returned due to any colour disparity. All sales are final.

Damage incurred by postal services will not be refunded. Please ensure that the goods are returned in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, with tags and tickets in tact and with invoice as proof of purchase within 7 days of receipt to:
